Beef Enchiladas

• 1 can (~10oz-soup size) enchilada sauce
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 can mushroom
• prepared taco meat
• fried tortillas
• shredded cheddar cheese

1. spray pan
2. line pan with a little bit of sauce
3. place meat and cheese in fried tortillas, roll up and place seam-side down
4. coat with sauce
5. top with cheese
6. heat at 350f for 20-30 min or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly
