Beef Enchiladas
- 1 can (~10oz-soup size) enchilada sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom
- prepared taco meat
- fried tortillas
- shredded cheddar cheese
- spray pan
- line pan with a little bit of sauce
- place meat and cheese in fried tortillas, roll up and place
seam-side down
- coat with sauce
- top with cheese
- heat at 350f for 20-30 min or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly
