Spanish Rice
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatos
- about 1 cup diced onions and green pepper (optional)
- 1 cup dry rice, any variety
- a packet of taco seasoning (or equivalent spices: lots of paprika, some
garlic salt, and a dash of red pepper is a good base)
- Prepare the rice according to package directions.
- When stirring in the rice, add the tomatos and other veggies, and the
seasoning.
