1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
  2. Line pan with foil
  3. Coat the roast in seasoning
  4. Tenderize thouroughly
  5. Place roast in pan
  6. Coat roast with salt
  7. Place pan uncovered in oven
  8. After 15 minutes, turn temperature to 350°F
  9. For every pound over 1, cook an additional fifteen minutes
