Quiche (No Crust)

This quiche forms its own faux-crust as it cooks.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a pie pan
  3. Place veggies in pan
  4. Top with meat and cheese
  5. Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt, mustard, and melted butter together
  6. Whisk together until smooth, but you will have a few tiny lumps of flour usually
  7. pour egg mixture into pan
  8. Bake for about 35 minutes, until set (no jiggly eggs)
