Potatos Glorified Hashbrowns

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Add soup and sour cream.
  3. Cook on medium until bubbly and creamy.
  4. In large bowl, add hash browns, breaking up any clumps.
  5. Mix in grated cheddar.
  6. Pour sauce over the potatoes and stir.
  7. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam.
  8. Spread potatoes in pan and back at 400 degrees for about one hour or til lightly browned and bubbly.
