Potato Wedges
- 1-2 large potatoes
- Resealable bag
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Onion Powder
- Cooking sheet
- Non-stick spray
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Wash potatoes
- Cut potatoes into wedges
- Fill bag with enough oil to coat wedges, add salt and seasoning
- Add potatoes to bag, seal it, and shake until wedges are evenly coated
- Spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray
- Spread wedges on sheet and place in oven
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Flip wedges over, then cook for 5-10 more minutes
