Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Wash potatoes
  3. Cut potatoes into wedges
  4. Fill bag with enough oil to coat wedges, add salt and seasoning
  5. Add potatoes to bag, seal it, and shake until wedges are evenly coated
  6. Spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray
  7. Spread wedges on sheet and place in oven
  8. Cook for 15 minutes
  9. Flip wedges over, then cook for 5-10 more minutes
