Pita Pizza
- 5 small (5") pitas
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 jar salsa
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mexican-style cheese
- grape or plum tomatos, sliced
- sliced jalapenos or banana peppers
- sliced olives
- Heat pitas for 10 minutes at 350°F
- Spread beans on pitas
- Spread salsa on top of beans
- Add shredded cheese and toppings
- Heat until cheese melts
- Serve with sour cream
