Pancakes
- 3 cups of flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg or some Pumpkin Pie Spice (optional)
- Mix dry ingredients, then add milk, eggs, oil

Spray or butter a frying pan and let it heat up on medium high until a
sprinkle of water on the pan causes it to sizzle
- For an electric griddle, heat at 300°
- Then you are ready to pour your pancake batter into the pan

Once the top of the pancake begins to get bubbles, flip it over and
cook for another minute or so
- You may want to turn your pan down to medium once it gets hot
