Chicken Casserole

1 1/2lbs. seasoned, cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth (less than a can)
- 1 cup evaporated milk (less than a can)
- 8oz dry stuffing mix
- 9x13 casserole dish
- Lightly spray or butter a 9 x 13 casserole dish

line bottom of dish with chicken (if its frozen, it can thaw during
the next step)
- Mix soups, broth, and milk thoroughly with a whisk
- pour about 1/3 to 1/2 of this over the chicken
- cover chicken with stuffing mix
- pour rest of soup mixture on top
- cover dish and heat for 30 minutes at 350°F
- uncover dish and heat for 10 more minutes
