Beef Tips
- 2 lbs. Stew Beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet dry gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- Cut beef into small pieces
- Optionally sear the beef
- Mix soup, water, and dry mixes
- Line pan with beef
- Cover with sauce
- Bake for 3 hours at 300°F
- Serve with pasta or potatoes
