- 2 lbs. Stew Beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 packets dry gravy mix
- 2 packets onion soup mix
- 2 cups water
- Cut beef into small pieces
- Optionally sear the beef
- Mix soup, water, and dry mixes
- Line pan with beef
- Pour sauce over
- Bake covered with foil for 3 hours at 300°F
- Serve with pasta or potatoes
