Cafeteria
(Ground) Beef Stroganov
- 1 lb. of hamburger
- 2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can of mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- egg noodles
- brown hamburger, then drain grease
- add soup, entire contents of mushroom can, Worcestershire sauce
- heat until bubbly
- turn heat down to medium-low and add sour cream
- heat through and serve over noodles
