- Large roast/roast-like chunk of meat
- blade meat-tenderizer
- kosher salt
- tex-joy seasoning
- roasting pan
- aluminum foil
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Line pan with foil
- Coat the roast in seasoning
- Tenderize thouroughly
- Place roast in pan
- Coat roast with salt
- Place pan uncovered in oven
- After 15 minutes, turn temperature to 350°F
- For every pound over 1, cook an additional fifteen minutes
